Product categories

Two categories. One construction discipline.

Field carry and duty carry ask different things of a pack. Both are built from the same drawing-led process, with attachment, zoning and harness geometry specified rather than assumed.

Process

From tech-pack to shipped batch

Six checkpoints. Each one produces a written output you can review, so the next step never starts on an assumption.

Schedule confirmed per project

We review construction, fabric, hardware and target cost, then return a written feasibility note with open questions before sampling starts.

Evidence

Documents, floor and process — not adjectives.

Ask for the current copy of any document, or request a factory review. Scopes and validity are stated with the document rather than implied by a logo.

Answers

Selection questions, answered before the quote.

These are the questions we receive before a specification is written. The full FAQ covers materials, MOQ, sampling, shipping and compliance.

All FAQ→
How do I choose between a 45 L and a 70 L pack?

Start from total carried weight and whether the load includes a sleep system. A 45 L body suits a defined equipment list carried for a shorter duration; a 70 L body is specified when volume and load transfer to a belt are both required.

What should a military procurement spec include?

Volume and equipment list, structure and reinforcement points, attachment standard, harness geometry, fabric and hardware grade, marking, packaging and the evidence required at each inspection stage.

Can MOLLE layout be changed without a new pattern?

Row count and spacing changes usually require a new face panel pattern. Colour, hardware and marking changes can generally be applied to an existing approved construction.

Start a program

Send the requirement. We will tell you what is missing.

A drawing, a reference photo or an equipment list is enough to start. If a decision is open, it is named in writing before sampling rather than discovered in bulk.
