What is collected
Inquiry forms request contact details, company or unit name, destination, buyer type and the requirement description. Drawings or references are only exchanged after confidentiality terms are agreed.
Why it is collected
The information is used to answer the inquiry, confirm feasibility, prepare a quotation and maintain the record of an approved construction. It is not sold or published.
Retention and access
Program records, approved samples and material records are retained so re-orders can be produced consistently. Access is limited to the people working on that program.
Your choices
You can ask for an inquiry record to be removed, or decline to share a drawing and work from a written description instead. Some technical questions cannot be answered without the drawing.
