What to specify
These are the control points we review with buyers before a sample is built. Each one is written into the approved construction and checked again in production.
Stitching, bar-tacks and reinforcement are specified at strap anchors and base panels, not added after sampling.
Webbing row count and spacing are fixed per style so pouches from different suppliers align.
Port routing, reservoir sleeve and bottom compression are agreed at drawing stage.
Coating, seam treatment and drainage are selected against the environment you operate in.
Approved material records and retained samples keep re-orders aligned with the first run.
Harness length, sternum position and belt geometry can be adjusted within the approved construction.

Category FAQ
Yes. State the armour thickness and how the pack is worn. Harness length and shoulder geometry are then confirmed against that stack rather than a bare torso.
Not always. Load transfer can be achieved with a frame sheet, stay set or a structured back panel. The choice depends on carried weight and whether the belt carries part of the load.
Row count and spacing are recorded as a measured control point on the approved sample, and checked during in-process inspection for each batch.
Next step
Volume, equipment list, attachment standard, harness notes and destination are enough to start a feasibility review.
