These terms describe the basis on which this site and its reference information are provided. Commercial terms are agreed per order.
Reference information
Products shown are reference constructions. Dimensions, weights, capacities and test values are confirmed against the approved drawing and sample; they are not a fixed offer for every production run.
Quotations and orders
MOQ, sampling charges, lead time and price are confirmed per style and construction in a written quotation. An order begins only after the quotation and the approved sample are confirmed in writing.
Documentation
Certificates and test reports are issued with their scope, issuing party and validity. Availability of a specific document is confirmed for the program rather than implied by this site.
Intellectual property
Buyer-supplied drawings, artwork and patterns remain the buyer's property and are handled confidentially. They are not reused for other buyers.
